Over the last ten years, I’ve owned and operated several businesses. My first acquisition was an insurance brokerage based in Marion, Indiana that has more than doubled in size and revenue in less than five years under my leadership, bringing in over $7 Million annually and growing. I’ve gained an unparalleled depth of experience reinvigorating stagnating businesses, launching startups and building growth-focused, culture-first teams. Today I own 8 privately held businesses in various industries and continue to expand my impact with others.
I launched 3LL in 2021 to inspire and empower other entrepreneurs overwhelmed by the complexity of running a business. In my group workshops and one-on-one coaching sessions, I help business owners visualize and set an intentional path to attain their goals – all with the purpose of inspiring business owners to become transformative leaders.
I am an accomplished basketball coach, educator, and leadership innovator. Over the last 15 years, our ‘I Am 3rd’ philosophy has catalyzed success that is unparalleled in college basketball. On top of having the most national championships and postseason victories across all levels of college basketball, we have seen transformational growth both on and off the court in those we lead. These experiences have allowed me to be on the ground floor of leadership movements in other contexts, including Greater (a movement to re-define greatness in college athletics) and Marketplace Multipliers (a multi-national, multi-lingual movement that represented spheres of influence including business, government, education and health care).
I co-founded 3LL to create a platform for sharing my coaching acumen with business owners and leaders who were exhausted from chasing the typical measures of success and were hungry to make a deeper impact. In my one-on-one sessions, I help my clients identify and cultivate potential in others, and find the meaning that comes through helping others live fully into their purpose in life. There is nothing more gratifying than seeing the trajectory of growth in their lives changed.
